The company is managed by the Board of Directors (List given below). At present the company is having nearly 300 share holders both from India and abroad. Consultants in various fields have joined as promoter share holders both from India and Abroad . The total cost of the project on completion of 250 beds is 70 crores.

The land area of the hospital is 2.09 acres and the building is a seven storey building. The total built area (underground + ground + 5 floors) is around 1, 75,000 square feet with a capacity of 250 beds.
